Appointments & Booking
- Appointments may be booked online.
- We cannot accommodate appointments requested for the same day.
- £15 Deposit must be paid within 24hrs of booking being made. Details for payment will be sent via text message.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours' advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
- Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in deposit paid being forfeited.
- Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may not receive the full scheduled service, but will remain responsible for the full service cost.
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Payment
- Full payment for the service is due at the time of treatment.
- We accept payment via cash, card, or bank transfer.
Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose all relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, or recent surgeries prior to the commencement of treatment.
- Medical Disclaimer: Massage therapy is not a substitute for professional medical care. Please consult your GP if you have any uncertainty regarding your suitability for treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session immediately if we deem it unsafe to proceed (e.g., due to client illness).
Professional Conduct
- We are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment at all times.
- Any form of inappropriate behaviour by the client will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full payment will still be required.
Liability
- All treatments are received at the client's own risk, with the understanding that every care is taken by the practitioner.
- We are not responsible for injuries or issues stemming from pre-existing conditions or circumstances outside of our direct control.
By booking any service with us, the client affirms their understanding of, and agreement to, all terms and conditions detailed in this policy. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided, including medical history, is accurate and up-to-date.
